At night, you’re welcome to join our table d’hôtes (except on sunday, sorry…), often set on the covered patio.
Available on tuesday, thursday and saturday, the table d’hôtes dinner consists of a starter, a main dish, French cheese board, dessert and/or seasonal fruits. Apéritif, wine and coffee are included. (Price 27.50€/pers., 55€ for 2 persons).
On monday, wednesday and friday, we propose you an Assiette Gourmande, with cold soup, cured meats, omelette, local cheese, dessert and/or seasonal fruits. Wine and coffee are included. (Price 17.50€/person, 35€ for 2 persons).
We cook with local products, often organic, and from our own garden when possible. Our dishes take their inspiration in southern and cévenole cuisine. In the summer, mediterranean vegetables will be favored, but some boletus mushrooms or chanterelles might find they way into our dishes, depending on the weather…
The “brandade à la Nîmoise” and the “gardiane” (Camargue stew) are often part of our menus. And during warm summer evenings, we can also enjoy a barbecue, served by the pool.
We serve organic wines from the Gard region, purchased directly from local vineyards.
Upon request, we’d be happy to make our menus gluten free.
Breakfast is included. We serve a “petit déjeuner à la française”, with hot drinks, fruits and/or juices, bread and viennoiseries or cakes, home-made jams and honey, cereals, milk, butter and yogurts.
Picnic lunch baskets are available upon request, for 12.50 euros per person.
The real wicker basket, with an isothermal compartment, includes lunch and drinks, plates and silverware. Ideal for a romantic lunch!
